A third bedroom with bespoke built-in timber bunk beds with additional 2 pull-out single beds (available on request)
Two bathrooms, one with bath, shower, double sink and WC, plus a separate shower room with sink and WC.

Dining area for up to 8 people
Kitchen with all the cooking essentials, including 4-ring induction hob and two under-counter fridges with upper freezer shelf, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere and kettle.
